About Irene Fehr, MA, CPCC
Intimacy & Sexuality Coach. Writer. Speaker.
As a woman, lover, and spiritual seeker, I’ve lived through a fair share of challenging relationships and intimacy experiences that have brought me to where I am today: becoming an intimacy and sexuality coach with a mission of helping women and men experience deeper pleasure, joy and love of sex—from inside out.
My own personal experience of losing my libido and ending up in a sexless marriage led me to create tools to reconnect to who I am, what I want, and the gain the skills needed to ask for what I deeply want—and deserve. I rediscovered my sexual fire, developed the ability to experience deep and fulfilling orgasms, and opened my heart to deeper intimacy and love than I had ever dreamed of—all of which I am here to share with you to help you have the same.
As an intimacy and sexuality coach, I am committed to walking alongside you on your own personal journey and helping you access more of your rightful pleasure, joy and love in your sex life.
I have a growing private coaching practice in the Denver, Colorado Metropolitan Area and work with clients worldwide over the phone and Skype. I am also Faculty at the newly-founded DiaNova Institute for Intimacy and Sexual Wellness.
I blend together a variety of modalities and extensive study of sexuality, especially women's sexuality, Orgasmic Meditation, mindfulness, positive psychology, shadow work, somatic awareness, guided visualizations, and intuitive work to help you remove blocks, rewire your system to feeling sexual desire and create new behavioral patterns that form the foundation to your thriving sex life. My ongoing studies include training in Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing work, Crucible® Neurobiological Therapy with Dr David Schnarch, Gottman Method Couples Therapy with Drs John and Julie Gottman, immersing myself in neuroscience research around behavioral change, and learning new modalities that will benefit my clients.
My writing has been featured in the Huffington Post, Medium and LinkedIn's Pulse. I've also been a guest on several podcasts including Honor the Feminine, EverythingEHR - Mental Health Radio, and Live in Your Truth Radio and was one of the speakers at 2016 Ignite Howard County.
Before becoming an intimacy and sexuality coach, I was a corporate marketing maven, with experience in some of the world's largest companies in Silicon Valley and Wall Street. A graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University and Stanford University with a BA and MA in Philosophy, I can proudly say that I've been a life-long student of what it means to lead a good life.

I believe ...
Sexuality is a power source. It's an engine inside of you that feeds and nourishes other parts of yourself – your creativity, joy and love. But first you must nourish and feed it.
Your sexuality is innate. Intimacy skills are learned. Your ability to have a nourishing sex life largely depends on your upbringing, beliefs and culture – and the quality of your sex coach.
Amazing sex is not a given. It is developed. You can learn the skills. Here. Now.
Your sex is unique, beautiful, powerful and expansive. If you're not expressing it fully, you're not accessing all that's possible. This, too, can be learned.
You are worthy, lovable, valuable, and capable of tremendous pleasure. Life is too short to tolerate mediocre sex when you have access to immense pleasure in your body and loving connection in your heart and soul.
Cultural stories around women's sexuality no longer serve you. It's up to you to write your own story of fulfillment.
You can have the sex life that you deeply desire, and it starts with your decision to say yes to you.
